Blue Bubbles

"Blue Bubbles" was created collaboratively by several artists using different layers of paint and various application methods. They painted shapes and filled them in, then used sponges to stamp the second layer, resulting in a textured effect resembling bubbles.

It is committed to provide holistic support for families and caregivers, facilitating persons with Down Syndrome to attain his or her full potential, and enabling them to contribute back to the society.
