Dinosaurs Aren't Pineapples

Thaddeus, a keen observer of his surroundings, saw the iconic symbol of the pineapple in 2023, chosen by newly elected President Tharman Shanmugaratnam to represent prosperity, community, and hospitality. Drawing what he saw during election season, this joyful illustration gives us a signature Thaddeus twist. When asked about what he wanted to share through this illustration, Thaddeus humorously remarked that "dinosaurs aren't pineapples," reminding us that art doesn’t always have to be serious or contemplative, but great fun!

About
Thaddeus is a differently abled paleoartist who has a real sense for prehistoric life on earth. His depictions of dinosaurs, pterosaurs, and other prehistoric creatures are crisp, colourful and imaginative in nature. Under Extraordinary People Limited’s Art Therapy Programme, Thaddeus has explored adding colour to his dinosaurs and even merging his dinosaurs onto background scenes!
