After creating this artwork titled: "Seagull, you are brave and strong!", it reminds me of the Chinese song named '海鸥'. The seagull flies over the blue sea, not afraid of strong winds and waves. The higher it flies, the farther it can see and will not lose its way." Let's learn from the spirit of the seagull to be brave and strong in pursuing our dreams and never be defeated.

About
Zhenlin, a 60-year-old artist, has effectively managed her Schizophrenia since being diagnosed at 20. With medication and her Buddhist activities, she maintains stability and only needs an annual check-up with her doctor. Zhenlin finds joy in cooking and creating art, and she is deeply grateful to SAMH for mentoring her in her artistic journey.
