Despite being born with Cerebral Palsy and facing mobility and speech impairments, Precilia is a bright, motivated, and cheerful girl. She finds joy and self-expression through painting, where her liveliness shines through her vibrant artwork. Painting allows her to bring her imagination to life and transcend the limitations of her condition, showcasing her resilience and creativity.
