War Machines

This painting draws inspiration from my fascination for war machines featured in the Transformer movies. It captures a fierce battle between the heroic Autobots and their nemesis, the cunning Decepticons, over a newly discovered planet crucial to the Autobots' survival. However, the Autobots fought valiantly, defending their freedom and emerged victorious against their foes. As the saying goes, “There is always light at the end of the tunnel” – a path of opportunities and possibilities waiting to light up for those who are willing to keep going, persevere and never give up on what you really believe and care about!

Meet Simeon, a passionate artist with Autism who constantly seeks opportunities to explore his strength in various arts mediums. With a paintbrush in one hand and clay in the other, Simeon brings fantastical worlds to life through his art, often incorporating robots, sci-fic characters, animals, fantasy, and mythology with vibrant colours and sweeping line work. Finding solace in clay is Simeon's way to unwind and to find his balance. His participation in exhibitions and visual art programmes at Pathlight and ARTDIS has provided invaluable experiences and exposures in his learning journey. Simeon further obtained a distinction at NAFA CLE Certificate in Visual Arts in 2021.
